- Investment styleWe emphasise with single investments. Collective investment schemes and structured products are rarely used. We take the challenges of this strategy and the advantage of the quality and perspectives of the different company’s stocks to ensure long-term success and prosperity for our clients.
- Baryon US Equity Sustainable Growth - AMCIn the discretionary portfolio management agreements or advisory agreements of clients not wishing to hold US equities directly, but nonetheless want to engage in the US equities market, we use the structured product (AMC, actively managed certificate) Baryon US Equity Sustainable Growth.

Phyllis Scholl (*1977) is an expert lawyer in Company Law, Contract Law and Public Law.

She has unique experience with M&A transactions in the energy sector and with more than 20 years of experience in the field, has gathered very broad industry knowledge in all areas of energy production and transportation (mainly electricity and gas). Phyllis Scholl serves on the board of directors of several companies, being active in the field of energy, construction and software (GenAI). In addition, Phyllis Scholl acts as mayor of her hometown (Kilchberg ZH).

Before joining Baryon AG, she was active for 15 years (6 of them as a partner) in a leading international business law firm (Bär & Karrer Ltd.).

Since 2012 the Ranking Agencies list Phyllis Scholl in tier 1.
