Sébastien Maury has 20 years of experience in international and national tax advisory.
He specializes in tax advice to corporate clients and family-owned companies. He advises on corporate transactions, corporate tax structuring and planning as well as transfer pricing topics.
Before joining Baryon AG, Sébastien Maury was a Partner with a renowned business law firm (BianchiSchwald LLC) and Director in the International Corporate Tax Team of a leading international audit and tax firm in Zurich and New York (KPMG).
